Thank you for shopping with us! Below, you’ll find all the information you need regarding our shipping policy:

Please contact us for a direct quote if your shipping destination is not listed on the website or if you order is over 2kg. Thanks

 

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to best suit your needs. These options include UK standard shipping as shown at checkout and international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. If the order is large, requires special delivery or fast delivery  please contact us at hello@lumiair.co.uk for an individual quote.

3. Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

4. Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship within UK, Europe and USA. Currently we are unable to ship to Austria, Saudi Arabia & South Africa due to different laws, apologies. 

5. Tracking Orders: If your order includes tracking, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your location. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is made.

7. International Shipping: For international orders, please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please be aware if you do not pay these charges the products will be sent back to us. In this unforeseen event we can offer a refund minus any shipping costs and charge a £5 handling and processing fee

8. Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please understand that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

9. Order Changes/Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
